Retail Renovation
The first thing seen from the exterior of this popular studio, the ground level was underwhelming and lacked functional flow. A huge monolithic desk with a small retail display, this area felt more like a crowded cut through to the expansive subterranean spin studio.
The renovation transformed this under utilized space to a premiere fitness boutique. A buzzy space to gather and shop before/after class. Sales quadrupled in the first month!

Majority of the space was occupied by an oversized desk. Retail product was at hip height and not conducive for shopping.
